Call David or Dorothy Buchen to find out about the next work day!

 

Phone Desk
Interns will handle the Phone Desk during the summer. Times for certified MGs to work phones will be much more available from mid-August on through the fall as the interns begin to satisfy their phone and service hours commitment. As far as summer phone times for certified members, if the calendar is open, you may schedule a time. However, interns are given preference during this time. Call Anne Moss

Greenhouse Committee, Vickie Killeen, Marilyn Pease

This committee has many tasks that need to be performed throughout the year: plant propagation; watering (daily watering some months, other months only every other day); plant sale at the Extension Office, clean up of greenhouse, etc.

 
Horticultural Inquiry, Anne Moss, Chair

Certified MGs are needed to handle phone desk duties. Sign up at the Extension Office or call Anne to schedule a work date.

 
Jr. Master Gardener Program, Sandy Martin, Chair

If you’re interested in working with children, call Fay for more information.

 
Mentors, Diane Naylor, Chair
New mentor volunteers are needed each fall.
 
Nominating Committee, Eileen Haden, Chair
New Chair will be announced in September or October.
You may volunteer for this committee at that time.

Phone numbers and email addresses for each chairperson are available in the Membership Directory. In addition to the above, Roy Walston (our Extension Agent) asks for assistance with his workshops and projects throughout the year. You will receive an email when volunteers are needed.
